Proverbs 13 verse 3, He who guards his lips guards his life, but he who speaks rashly will come to ruin. Revelations 22 verse 12-13, Behold, I am coming soon! My reward is with me, and I will give to everyone according to what he has done. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End. Lord Jesus Christ revealed visions to his servant Archbishop Sylvester Rukani by sending his angel to reveal that God's Church should begin and be named St Peters Holy Apostolic Church. Mark 16 verse 16, Whoever believes and is baptised will be saved, but whoever does not believe will be condemned.

Founders's autobiography

Archbishop S.Rukani was born in Mbisva Village, Mazowe in Mashonaland Central Province Zimbabwe in 1969. He was born in a family of eleven and he is number nine and has a twin brother. He grew up there until the age of eight when he moved to Mutare in the Queen of the Eastern Highlands province for his primary education. He then moved to Gweru, in the Midlands province of Zimbabwe where he attended his High School education at Thornhill High School. Archbishop Sylvester Rukani holds a Masters Degree in Social Work from the University of Salford in the United Kingdom. He specialised in working with children, young people and their families. He is registered with Social Work England, the Professional Board for Social Workers in the United Kingdom. The Archbishop attained Level 5 Diploma in leadership for Health and Social Care, children and young adults’ services (Adults Management) in 2019. He also holds BEng (Hons) Electrical & Electronics Engineering Degree from the Manchester Metropolitan University in the United Kingdom. He is a Member of a professional Board of the Institute of Engineering Technology (IET) and holds a Diploma with the Institution (MIET).

Archbishop witnessed the power of God and received Jesus Christ in 1982, at the age of thirteen after having suffered ill-health for a while. He began to preach the word of God throughout Zimbabwe including remote areas. God called him to start the first Ministry in 1995 in Sunningdale suburb of Harare and the Church was named St Peters Holy Apostolic Church on the 15th April 1995. God blessed him and planted five more branches in Harare as the Holy Spirit led. He became a very popular servant of God through the healing powers God anointed him with and his followers grew in numbers until more apostolic branches were planted around Zimbabwe, South Africa, Norway, Botswana and USA.

Archbishop moved to the United Kingdom in early 1999, where he began to spread the word of God and his ministry has since flourished in UK cities namely Greater Manchester, London, Liverpool, Halifax, Essex, Birmingham and Leigh. He is an apostle who believes in God with no reservations evidenced by the growth of his Ministry.
